1、主导大模型的整体研发规划，结合行业特点与业务需求，制定微调、对齐、部署等技术方案； 2、负责语料、知识图谱的收集、清洗、标注与优化，构建高质量行业训练数据集，提升模型在行业场景下的理解、生成与推理能力； 3、负责大模型后训练与优化：设计和实施持续预训练（CPT）方案，适配垂类领域知识；主导SFT、RLHF/RLAIF等后训练阶段的全流程；针对行业场景进行模型能力对齐和价值观校准； 4、负责领域能力评估：构建垂类领域的模型评测体系（Benchmark）和评估指标；设计领域专家评估流程，建立人机协同评估机制； 5、与业务、产品、工程团队紧密协作，梳理行业需求，将技术方案转化为可落地的产品功能，推动大模型产品的迭代升级。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业，有大模型研发相关经验（有明确模型落地案例者优先）； 2、精通大模型持续预训练、微调（如LoRA、QLoRA、RLHF等）、蒸馏等技术，熟悉主流大模型框架，具备独立完成模型研发与优化的能力； 3、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理（NLP）基础，了解大模型底层原理（Transformer架构、MoE等），能解决模型训练、推理中的核心技术问题； 4、熟悉至少一个垂类行业（金融/医疗/教育/工业等）的业务逻辑，了解行业数据特点与核心痛点，能将行业知识与大模型技术深度结合； 5、具备良好的编程能力，熟练使用Python，掌握数据处理、模型部署相关工具，有模型工程化落地经验者优先； 6、具备大规模数据处理经验，熟悉数据Pipeline构建和优化。
