团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、流程全周期管理； 1）制定和更新半导体设计全流程（需求评审、版图设计、仿真验证）及投片环节（晶圆厂选型、掩膜版管理、量产排期）的内控落地，梳理关键控制点并监督执行，识别流程断点与效率瓶颈； 2）定期复盘流程执行数据，结合行业实践输出优化方案，推动研发与生产环节的流程标准化； 2、政策体系维护； 1）建立并更新半导体业务内控政策库，涵盖设计保密、供应商合规等专项制度； 2）开展政策宣贯培训，向研发、采购等部门解读内控要求； 3、廉洁与合规监督； 1）负责反贪腐与廉洁管理体系落地，重点监控晶圆采购、设备维保等关键环节的商业贿赂风险，建立供应商廉洁档案； 2）受理合规举报，开展小型违规事件的评估与调查，输出调查报告并推动整改，配合集团或外部机构开展专项调查、审计等工作； 4、集团协同支持； 1）对接集团内控与审计团队，提供半导体设计及投片环节的流程说明、风险评估报告等资料，协助完成年度内控评价； 2）跟踪审计发现问题的整改进度，联动业务部门制定长效防控措施，形成闭环管理。

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、半导体材料等理工科专业优先；辅修审计、企业管理、法律相关专业者加分； 2、3年以上内控/内审工作经验，其中至少1年半导体及相关行业经验，熟悉芯片设计、晶圆投片流程及行业实践； 3、具备流程梳理、风险识别能力，有半导体企业内控岗位经验者优先； 4、具备理工科逻辑思维与风险敏感度，能穿透技术流程识别内控缺陷； 5、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力与书面报告撰写能力。
