1、本科及以上学历，3年以上招聘经验，有过互联网研发/公有云相关岗位招聘经验优先； 2、热爱招聘，自驱力强，目标结果导向，能持续学习，心态open，乐于接受挑战； 3、优秀的沟通协调能力和解决问题能力，较高的人际敏感度和影响力； 4、主导或参与过复杂招聘项目，做过行业Mapping调研，做过招聘运营，有高招经验者优先。
