1、负责字节跳动骨干网络、边缘网络、公有云网络、网关的规划、建设和改造； 2、负责网络设备的测试、选型，和厂商及运营商沟通合作； 3、负责字节跳动各业务方，包括但不限于计算，存储，数据库，推荐等沟通交流，从客户视角推动数据中心架构和技术演进。

1、精通网络设计建设运维需要的知识：路由协议如ISIS/BGP/MPLS/SR、业务需求与容量规划，有实际的大型网络设计和运行经验； 2、熟悉主流网络厂商的设备和网络前沿技术和生态，熟悉网络建设中的各种成本因素； 3、具备基本的网络流量监控、网络故障排查能力，能对网络变更中突发的网络故障做及时止损； 4、有骨干网/公网/网关架构设计、建设和运维经验者优先； 5、加分项：熟练使用Python、Shell、Java、PHP等其中一门编程语言进行开发工作。
