团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动旗下语音交互业务的支持，参与智能硬件等场景下音频处理与音频理解能力的构建与应用； 2、探索音频处理与LLM结合的技术方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对基于LLM的音频理解系统有较深的认知和一定的实践经验，熟悉前沿语音交互系统中的关键技术，包括但不限于音频处理与生成、音视频理解等； 3、在音频相关国际会议（如ICASSP、Interspeech、ASRU等）或主流期刊（如IEEE/ACM Transactions等）上发表过论文者，或在语音相关比赛或机器学习相关比赛中拿到国际领先名次，或者在ACM/NOI/IOI/TopCoder等编程比赛中获奖优先； 4、对最新的音频处理与LLM结合方向的研究进展有详细的了解，并掌握音频处理中回声消除、阵列信号处理等关键技术，熟悉Neural Codec相关的技术细节； 5、具备良好的团队合作能力，能够积极与团队成员沟通协作，共同攻克技术难题，分享经验和知识，为团队的发展和项目的成功贡献力量。
