1、负责整理、撰写、管理各类云技术产品相关的用户文档、知识库及UI文案优化；深入理解云产品的业务场景、技术原理，能通过上手验证及基础代码阅读，完成高质量技术文档与最佳实践的撰写； 2、参与产品规划、设计、开发、测试等研发全流程工作，熟悉产品设计和实现，输出产品技术文档，保持内容与产品的强一致性和准确性； 3、主导AI辅助写作流程，覆盖需求拆解、提示词工程、结构化输入、AI初稿生成、人工精修及技术准确性校验的全过程； 4、构建AI赋能的文档质量迭代体系，建立并执行审核和质检标准，对多渠道用户反馈进行闭环管理，保障技术准确性、文档的专业性与实用性； 5、沉淀技术写作最佳实践、优质Prompt模板案例与实操技巧，开展产品研发团队文档写作培训与宣导，推动团队文档输出标准化、高效化。

1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业；3年以上中英文技术写作经验，有数据库/容器/Serverless/大模型领域等云计算行业经验者优先； 2、精通技术文档写作规范和流程，熟练运用专业文档编写工具（如Markdown、DITA等），懂得如何构建有效的信息架构； 3、具备基础代码阅读能力，能通过阅读API文档、SDK示例或配置文件，独立完成产品功能的验证与调试； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作能力与高度的责任心、自驱力，能主动推动跨团队协作，持续学习并引入新技术与工具； 5、具备AI写作与提示词工程（Prompt Engineering）实践经验、能高效利用大模型提升内容生产与迭代效率者优先。
