1、负责激励广告核心算法建设，包括广告召回、排序、出价、激励金额决策、用户价值预估、点击率预估等方向； 2、设计金币/现金激励策略，优化用户广告观看率、留存、活跃、转化及平台长期收益； 3、构建大规模用户行为模型，理解不同用户在激励、广告内容、频控、时机等因素下的响应差异。

1、具备优秀的编码能力，拥有扎实的数据结构与算法功底； 2、熟悉常用机器学习工具及深度学习编程框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch）； 3、数据敏感度高，具备良好的数据分析能力，能够从复杂业务数据中发现问题、提出假设并推动验证； 4、熟悉广告系统、推荐系统、增长策略、补贴/激励机制中的一种或多种场景； 5、有生成式、强化学习、多目标优化等技术相关经验，或智能补贴、智能定价等相关领域/项目实践经验，或发表论文、专利、开源项目及复杂系统架构经验者优先。
