团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与豆包音乐的日常UI、UX设计工作，高效且高质量地完成交付； 2、了解安卓和iOS界面设计规范，推进设计资产的交付，包括图标、组件及设计文稿等； 3、参与用户体验测试，负责设计走查与流程优化； 4、与产品经理、工程师及设计师紧密协作，了解产品设计与开发流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读，交互设计、视觉传达等设计类专业优先； 2、有完整的实习项目经验优先，具备交互思维，能够理解复杂项目，解决有一定难度的交互问题，并有不错的UI设计能力； 3、熟练使用Figma、AI等设计软件，有实际在生产中使用AIGC类工具的能力，对AI音乐/AI创作类产品有使用经验或浓厚兴趣优先； 4、有较好的平面基本功底、良好审美，热爱设计，注重细节； 5、有较好的沟通和理解能力，对新鲜事物充满好奇，自主学习能力强，有读书笔记和定期复盘输出习惯的优先； 6、可全职实习，每周可保证4天在岗，工作地上海。
