1、负责支持字节跳动推荐架构团队端到端招聘流程管理，深刻理解业务，把握招聘需求，为快速发展的全球推荐业务搭建优秀的人才梯队，推动字节跳动旗下相关产品的推荐系统架构的设计和开发； 2、负责挖猎渠道的开源：利用社交媒体和专业网络平台进行稀缺方向人才开源；参与招聘活动，如技术Meetup、行业会议等，以建立人才网络； 3、负责对招聘全流程的效率的把控，通过招聘数据分析与呈现，有效管理并优化招聘渠道，制定结合推荐架构团队的业务特点的招聘策略； 4、负责制定和执行市场人才地图绘制计划，深入研究推荐方向目标行业&市场项目，识别和跟踪行业趋势、市场动态以及人才市场的变化趋势；并通过对行业洞察分析，给到业务团队阶段性的决策做支撑。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上招聘工作经验，有推荐/搜索/广告/机器学习等方向产品研发招聘经验者优先； 2、过硬的招聘基础：熟悉人力资源领域知识，熟悉招聘流程，掌握招聘技巧，能根据业务发展的不同阶段提供对应的招聘解决方案； 3、沟通能力优秀：具备优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，推动与不同层级的人员有效沟通； 4、具备行业洞察力：能够帮助提供多维度的信息输入，包括但不限于同行业市场动态信息、关键候选人、组织架构、人才流动信息等，并能赋能给业务方； 5、学习迭代能力强：遇到问题能定义关键/难点问题、找到解法，推动关联方达成共识并得以解决问题。
