1、协助商务合同谈判与议价，负责维护供应商合作关系，同步供应商合作需求与反馈，对接并解决相关问题，更新基础信息； 2、承接商务基础工作，负责供应商准入资料收集、信息核对及流程协助，辅助完成商务合同签署、跟进与归档； 3、搭建并落地内部协作体系，维护品类商务信息并同步至各核心协作部门，组织核心协作团队周会，为重要项目建立专项沟通群，保障跨部门协作高效闭环落地； 4、梳理标准流程、项目合作等相关文件（含报价单、合同等），规范文件分类并完成归档，确保文件可查可溯、归档完整无遗漏； 5、定期完成Know Your Customer（KYC）、合同模板优化、供应商准入等流程，提炼可复制的标准流程，按固定周期对内宣讲，确保相关人员掌握标准并落地执行。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、国际贸易、法律、计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备1-2年商务拓展、采购等相关工作经验，有全球云服务、供应商管理相关经验者优先； 3、熟悉全球主流云厂商，英语能力良好，能应对英文商务沟通及文件处理； 4、具备较强的责任心、跨团队协作能力、执行能力及学习能力，细心严谨，能高效推进各项商务相关工作，具备基础的流程梳理及问题解决能力。
