1、业务增长与场景搭建：依托火山引擎数智化营销方案，助力企业搭建用户增长体系，提升数据与大模型应用能力；搭建各部门指标、标签体系及营销活动等场景方案，以数据和AI驱动增长； 2、方案落地与数据构建：推动数据产品方案在泛行业实现落地，深入了解客户业务与数据分析诉求，设计业务交付方案，包括但不限于埋点、标签、可视化报表、AB实验等，协助数据/系统集成、数仓设计及开发等； 3、Agent落地：负责数据智能体（Agent）场景落地，基于火山引擎数据平台Agent设计业务应用方案，推动大模型应用，优化提示词与工作流，实现智能交互等技术落地； 4、项目协作与案例沉淀：聚焦客户项目，协同多团队推进售卖及交付，确保交付质量与客户满意；梳理案例，形成行业解决方案与实践，沉淀知识库。

1、5年以上数据ToB经验，统计、数学、计算机相关专业优先；有泛行业经验优先；有数据/系统集成、数仓设计、数据治理经验者优先； 2、熟练使用统计分析工具，具备SQL能力，对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析能力；熟悉CDP、MA、UBA等营销数据产品； 3、了解当前大模型能力和Agent的主流应用场景，具有大模型开发工具（例如HiAgent、Dify等）使用经验（例如PE/提示词工程、大模型工作流搭建）为加分项； 4、有用户行为埋点设计、用户标签体系设计、指标体系设计、可视化报表制作等，面向行业的经验沉淀； 5、具备优秀沟通与服务意识，良好汇报表达能力，能独立推进项目；学习及自我驱动能力强，能独立探索并协同解决问题。
