1、负责IoT硬件产品的项目管理和NPI工作； 2、项目管理工作： 1）对接产品、研发、软件、质量、供方等，负责产品硬件量产化的项目管理，组织完成相关工作流程； 2）完成WBS拆解、形成开发计划、发布项目信息、总结解决异常； 3）推动关键器件工作及供应商管理，协调人力，管理进度、质量、成本、变更等，组织各领域完成开发和联调，管理相关需求； 3、NPI工作： 1）参加项目设计阶段DFX评审，输出评审报告、组装工艺/可靠性评审报告等；充分识别和评估新工艺、新器件、外观精致度、堆叠设计、组装应力等问题，协同领域专家一起给出验证和解决方案； 2）负责制作组装工艺流程，并与工厂整机工艺团队一起评估试制工艺流程、夹治具、设备和试制验证方案；根据试产与验证需求确定耗材数量； 3）主导分析与解决试制过程中组装、夹治具、设备参数调试、整机可靠性、各类工艺/测试问题等，完成量产准备工作，包括产能评估，确保符合量产爬坡标准。

1、电子/通信/机电/机械设计相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上智能硬件相关工作经验； 2、熟悉产品开发流程、新产品导入流程、生产制造流程以及生产工艺与测试流程，具备项目管理经验； 3、有硬件相关技术背景优先； 4、具备快速学习能力、适应能力、团队沟通能力； 5、具备较强的主观能动性，能驱动相关方高效协作，工作态度端正，为人坦诚乐观。
