日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动Data研发部门，负责公司产品线的推荐、广告、系统架构、大数据和开放平台等技术。

1、支持新一代AI Native数据智能产品的技术支持； 2、归纳总结技术问题，沉淀规范的问题排查解决文档，提升AI智能问答模型的准确度； 3、设计和开发工单流程链路，应急流程链路，用工具化、智能化手段提升技术支持业务效率和交付质量； 4、设计和开发业务管理平台，梳理数据字段，清洗数据源，实现管理平台的各种功能，对页面体验有一定的审美，按时保质保量的交付需求。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟悉一门对象语言（Java、Python、Golang等），熟练使用SQL； 3、具有较强的分析问题能力和逻辑思维能力，善于多线程并行工作，愿意接受挑战； 4、具备良好的团队协作意识，有责任心； 5、加分项： 1）了解AI生成领域，包括LLM、知识库、负责人或对话系统（如上下文管理、Prompt优化等）； 2）有大数据开源组件运维经验（如Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Clickhouse等）； 3）有ToB或客户服务相关经验。
