1、负责字节跳动服务器整机硬件系统设计，包括需求分析、硬件评估、方案设计、硬件选型、性能评估等，确保服务器满足业务需求和技术竞争力； 2、负责服务器硬件开发全过程，与ODM厂商及内外部资源紧密协作，进行硬件详细设计、开发调测、生产导入及量产维优工作，确保服务器硬件成本、质量、开发效率达成目标； 3、跟进服务器硬件技术发展趋势，研究新技术&新方案，结合产品需求持续进行服务器硬件技术创新，并推动新产品项目落地； 4、负责服务器研发端到端硬件技术达成，保障按期完成硬件开发及上线交付，组织疑难问题技术攻关，并结合上线应用持续优化产品硬件质量。

1、本科及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机等相关专业，具有扎实的硬件基础知识； 2、5年以上服务器硬件设计和开发经验，主导及独立成功完成整机级产品硬件开发经历； 3、有服务器主板硬件开发及调测经验，熟悉服务器硬件系统及CPU/GPU、内存、存储、网络等部件； 4、熟练掌握硬件设计工具和测试设备，如Cadence、示波器、逻辑分析仪等；具备优秀的问题解决能力和调试技能；熟悉服务器生产加工、测试流程、BOM管理及替代； 5、优秀的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和抗压能力；主动管理、解决问题和推动问题解决；善于思考，有团队合作精神、责任心强。
