1、端到端负责广告推荐算法研究（重点包括基于LLM的生成式推荐、超大规模推荐模型Scaling Up、多模态LLM等前沿技术），覆盖红果短剧、剪映、番茄小说、汽水音乐、今日头条、西瓜视频等产品矩阵； 2、负责基于LLM生成式模型的设计与优化，探索生成式技术在用户兴趣建模、个性化推荐及推荐系统各阶段（包括召回/粗排/精排/混排）的创新应用，实现模型高效Scaling Up，提升推荐效果与用户体验； 3、深入研究并应用多模态技术，融合文本、图像、视频等信息，提升对内容和用户意图的理解能力，为生成式推荐提供坚实的表征基础； 4、负责营销内容和推荐内容的混合排序，通过生成式、强化学习、Listwise建模等方式，提升全局业务价值； 5、密切跟踪生成式AI与推荐系统领域的最新研究进展，持续探索技术边界。

1、计算机、人工智能、统计学、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力； 3、熟悉深度学习、LLM、强化学习等相关技术的原理和应用； 4、熟悉至少一种主流深度学习模型训练框架（TF/PyTorch），具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底。

加分项 1、有LLM或生成式推荐相关项目经验； 2、有国际会议论文发表经历； 3、有GitHub公开技术成果； 4、在Kaggle/ACM比赛中获得奖项。
