1、业务增长与场景搭建：依托火山引擎数智化营销方案，协助企业构建用户增长体系，提升数据与大模型应用能力；搭建多部门指标、标签体系及营销活动等场景方案，以数据和AI驱动业务增长； 2、方案落地与数据构建：推动数据产品方案在金融、泛企业服务、对应行业客户等领域落地，深度挖掘客户业务需求与数据分析诉求，设计覆盖埋点、标签、可视化报表、A/B实验等维度的业务交付方案，协助完成数据/系统集成、数据仓库设计及开发等工作； 3、智能体（Agent）场景落地：负责数据智能体（Agent）的场景落地工作，基于火山引擎数据平台智能体（Agent）设计业务应用方案，推动大模型技术应用，优化Prompt与Workflow，实现智能交互等技术落地； 4、项目协作与案例沉淀：聚焦客户项目全流程，协同多团队推进销售及交付工作，确保交付质量与客户满意度；梳理项目案例，形成行业标准化解决方案与实践成果，沉淀专业知识库。

1、5年以上数据To B相关工作经验，统计、数学、计算机相关专业优先；3年以上金融行业服务或从业经验优先； 2、熟练使用统计分析工具，具备SQL能力，对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析能力；熟悉CDP、MA、UBA等营销数据产品； 3、有企业知识库建设、用户行为埋点设计、用户标签体系设计、指标体系设计、可视化报表制作等经验，具有面向金融行业的经验沉淀优先； 4、具备优秀沟通与服务意识，良好汇报表达能力，可独立推动项目落地；学习及自我驱动能力强，可独立开展探索并协同完成问题解决。

加分项 1、了解当前大模型能力、Agent、知识引擎的主流应用场景，具有大模型开发工具（例如扣子、HiAgent、Dify等）使用经验（例如提示词、大模型工作流搭建）。
