日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动公司的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。此外，AML还在AI for Science，科学计算等领域做一些前沿研究。

1、从事多模态和推荐广告结合研究，提升短视频/图文的理解能力； 2、参与抖音、今日头条等多个应用内的多模态内容理解的算法迭代与持续优化； 3、深入调研多模态前沿技术，与工程团队密切配合，探索在大算力场景下实现新算法的效果突破。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、在CV/NLP/多模态等一个或者多个方向有深入的研究，包括但不限于了解LLM相关技术、CV预训练技术、表征学习相关技术、多模态融合等相关技术领域； 3、在搜索、推荐、广告、内容理解等场景有实际落地项目经历优先； 4、具有良好的前沿英文文献的阅读能力和阅读习惯，乐于追踪前沿技术，善于提出并验证新的想法，有相关领域高质量论文者优先； 5、在ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、CVPR、ICCV、ACL、EMNLP、KDD、SIGIR、RecSys等有人工智能顶会论文发表者优先； 6、每周出勤4天及以上，至少实习3个月，能实习6个月以上者优先。
