团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、将字节跳动的推荐广告算法Ranking技术在多种亿级日活商业化变现场景落地，开展以下工作： 2、参与字节跳动亿级日活广告推荐系统建设，探索推荐模型Scaling Law，将更大规模数据、模型和算力转化为广告效果、用户体验和商业价值提升； 3、研究生成式广告推荐技术，探索生成式召回、语义ID、端到端召回排序统一建模、Session-wise generation等下一代推荐范式； 4、优化大规模广告系统中的建模问题，包括深度转化预估、转化延迟、广告混排、多场景联动、冷启动、ID泛化、粗精排一致性和长期价值建模； 5、探索LLM、VLM、多模态大模型在广告推荐中的应用，包括广告内容理解、用户意图建模、创意质量预估、跨域迁移、可解释推荐和智能投放辅助； 6、推进大规模推荐模型的训练与推理效率优化，重点关注GPU利用率、长序列建模、MoE、模型并行、量化蒸馏、Triton、CUDA Kernel优化和低延迟在线推理。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、扎实的算法和数据结构基础，熟悉深度学习算法； 3、熟悉数据挖掘、机器学习、分布式计算中的一项或多项，有深度学习实战经验和机器学习算法优化理论的研究经验优先； 4、具备优秀的学习能力和良好的团队合作精神，较好的沟通能力，对解决具有挑战性的业务问题充满激情。

加分项： 1、熟悉Deep Models在业务上的应用； 2、有个性化推荐、广告、信息检索、机器学习等相关领域研究或者项目实践经验； 3、在推荐、广告业务有实习经历； 4、在KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、SIGIR、WSDM、ICML、IJCAI、AAAI、RecSys等会议发表过论文，在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先。
