团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、探索推荐算法和大语言模型/多模态理解的深度融合，主要研究方向包括：LLM4Rec、跨端跨场景的Foundation Model、千亿级参数规模的模型和多模态大模型； 2、参与抖音中深度学习算法应用与优化，覆盖推荐、广告、多模态等需大量算力的业务场景； 3、与工程团队密切配合，探索新架构下的算法方向。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、在推荐广告或者大模型领域主导过项目或论文者优先； 3、扎实的机器学习、NLP基础和出色的探索能力，在ACL/NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/CVPR等会议上发表论文者优先； 4、积极性强，愿意接受挑战，具有独立解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。
