团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、负责视频、图像、文本、音频等多模态内容理解算法的研发与优化，建设业内领先的内容理解能力； 2、支持搜索、推荐场景的内容理解任务，优化内容召回、相关性、排序及分发效果； 3、探索机器学习、LLM、VLM等技术在内容理解中的应用，推动算法落地； 4、建设数据、训练、评测和线上实验体系，持续优化模型效果与性能； 5、跟进内容理解和多模态大模型前沿技术，结合业务场景探索创新方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习、算法基础，熟练使用主流深度学习框架； 3、熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练使用C++和Python语言； 4、在NLP、LLM、VLM、搜索中的一个或多个领域具有研究或项目实践经验； 5、具备良好的算法实现、数据分析及问题解决能力，能够推动算法工程化落地； 6、具备良好的学习能力、沟通协作能力和自驱力。
