团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、参与AI原生的大模型、机器学习核心AI平台及应用的建设，包括Web控制台、AI Agent平台、端侧SDK/CLI/APP等的前端界面、BFF中间层与后端服务的端到端架构设计和实现； 2、深入大模型训练、应用或To B业务场景，与产品、设计、算法团队紧密协作，构建Agentic化系统，将AI能力转化为优质的用户体验； 3、投入前端工程化建设，包括组件库、构建工具、性能监控、微前端架构、APP、CLI等技术体系的设计与优化；参与后端微服务架构设计，负责API设计、数据存储、服务治理等工作，保障系统的高可用与可扩展性； 4、持续追踪AI技术与前端/全栈技术发展趋势，推动技术创新在业务中的落地应用。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上开发工作经验，扎实的操作系统和数据结构基础； 2、熟悉主流前端、服务端框架和工具，有React/Vue/Go/Python开发经验；熟悉Agent建设，有Agent loop或Harness建设经验； 3、对用户体验、Agent能力有深刻的理解，热衷于从用户视角改进产品体验； 4、具备良好的服务意识、责任心、较强的学习能力和优秀的团队沟通与协作能力； 5、热爱技术，始终保持较强的学习能力和主动性，有饱满的工作热情，勇于挑战、乐于分享。
