团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

1、参与字节跳动的语音识别大模型研发，探索Scaling Law、统一建模及大模型训练范式，持续突破语音识别效果上限； 2、负责语音识别大模型的训练与效果优化，重点解决多语言、复杂声学环境、长音频、专业领域及低资源场景下的核心技术问题； 3、推动语音识别大模型在会议、智能硬件、内容创作等丰富业务场景中的规模化落地； 4、探索语音与文本、多模态大模型的融合创新，建设新一代音频理解与交互技术体系； 5、跟踪并推动语音大模型前沿研究，打造具有业界影响力的技术成果。

1、计算机、人工智能、信号处理等相关专业，具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习及语音识别基础； 2、熟悉主流语音识别模型与训练方法，如Transformer、Conformer、CTC、RNN-T、Encoder-Decoder等； 3、具备数据处理及分布式模型训练经验，能够使用海量数据完成模型训练、分析与效果优化； 4、熟练使用PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备良好的Python/C++编程能力和工程实践能力； 5、对技术有强烈热情，具备优秀的问题分析、独立研究及团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、具备语音识别模型、语音基础模型或语音多模态大模型研发经验； 2、在会议、智能硬件等复杂场景中，有工业级语音识别系统落地与优化经验； 3、熟悉大模型预训练、后训练、知识蒸馏、推理加速或低资源适配等技术； 4、在ICASSP、Interspeech、ASRU、NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL等顶级会议或期刊发表过高质量论文； 5、在语音、机器学习或编程竞赛中取得优异成绩，或参与过有影响力的开源项目。
