日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Data语音团队致力于语音/音频/音乐相关的AI核心技术研发和产品创新。部门支撑音频和多模态内容从生产、编辑到消费的全流程，赋能内容创作和互动，并以中台形式支持集团多个业务，提供业界前沿的技术能力与解决方案。

1、与算法团队一起搭建具有通用性和可拓展性的数据方案，跟进语音对话大语言模型训练过程中各阶段数据质量的评估； 2、设计大模型评估方案，跟进语音对话大语言模型训练过程中各阶段模型效果的评估； 3、制定产品和项目流程机制，协调项目各个角色高效工作； 4、负责项目资源的协调与组织，并与项目各方进行良好沟通，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，语音学、计算语言学、语用学、心理学、汉语言等相关专业优先； 2、较强的分析和沟通能力，擅长从评估数据中发现有价值的产品改善建议，并能推动落地； 3、有大语言模型任务设计和标注的科研或工作经历者优先，有语义学或语用学、语音学或音系学研究经历者/论文发表者优先； 4、会基础编程/有深度学习经验/了解模型原理或评测方案者优先； 5、熟练掌握至少1门小语种者优先； 6、具备较强的逻辑思维，富有创新精神，解决问题能力强。

加分项： 1、具备配音相关经历、音频处理能力、文本创作或文本处理能力者优先； 2、具备一定的听觉审美，对配音风格和语音合成效果有较好的感知能力； 3、熟练使用Adobe Audition者优先。
