1、负责面向行业客户的高质量数据集建设产品整体规划与设计，覆盖数据采集、AI标注、数据质检、数据合成、数据集封装交付的端到端方案架构，并主导数据集建设平台能力演进，推动AI辅助标注、自动化标注、多模态数据处理等关键模块的产品迭代；设计并输出行业通用的数据集建设方法论与标准化交付体系，包括数据规范、标注规范、质量评估标准、数据集结构设计等，形成可复用的行业解决方案底座； 2、主导垂类大模型建设的产品方案设计，涵盖数据准备、模型微调（SFT/RLHF）、效果评测、部署集成的全流程方案输出，联合算法与数据运营团队完成基线评估、专项效果验证、场景覆盖度测试等评测数据集设计，匹配不同行业场景的深度定制需求； 3、深入理解客户业务场景，完成从需求调研、方案设计、招标需求编制到项目交付的全链路推进，确保方案兼顾业务需求与技术可行性； 4、负责DataAgent等数据智能分析产品与高质量数据集平台的协同方案设计，实现"数据整合—数据加工—模型训练—智能体应用"的闭环架构； 5、主导解决方案的对外商业化输出，包括商业化方案文档、项目报价、技术白皮书、客户分享材料等，支撑产品商业化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业优先，5年以上AI/数据领域产品或解决方案工作经验，深刻理解大模型训练流程及高质量数据集对模型效果的影响机制，熟悉SFT、RLHF等主流微调方式及其数据要求； 2、具备行业数据集建设实操经验，熟悉数据标注全流程（数据采集、清洗、标注、质检、合成、交付），了解多模态数据处理的技术要点； 3、具备产品解决方案架构能力，能够将客户业务需求转化为产品功能需求和技术方案，输出结构化解决方案文档与招标技术应答；具备跨团队协作能力，能有效协调算法、数据运营、平台研发、合规安全等多角色推动项目落地； 4、熟悉至少2个垂直行业的业务场景（如影视文创、工业制造、艺术设计、医疗健康、交通物流等），能从行业视角设计差异化的数据集建设策略； 5、优秀的文档撰写与方案表达能力，能够面向非技术背景客户清晰阐述产品价值与实施路径，具备招标需求编制和商务材料输出经验。

加分项： 1、具备数据平台产品规划经验（数据集管理、任务管理、权限管理等平台化产品设计思路）； 2、了解火山引擎/方舟平台等AI基础设施或有云服务商AI产品商业化经验； 3、有行业大模型项目从0到1落地经验，熟悉项目招投标全流程。
