1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，数据科学、商业分析、管理学、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、经验背景：HR数据分析与洞察、项目管理与运营、HR产品及系统建设等，有行业研究或研发招聘支持背景者佳； 3、核心能力：战略与商业洞察力，能理解业务逻辑并进行战略解码；了解AI模型及相关AI工具，能通过AI快速生产原型并提高工作效率；熟练使用数据分析工具，能从数据中发现问题、驱动决策；出色的项目管理和沟通能力，能主导复杂项目，协调多方资源；中英文听说读写熟练，可作为工作语言使用。
