1、负责字节跳动各业务线（如：抖音短视频、抖音电商、豆包等）的业务风险感知体系搭建与黑灰产情报研究工作，为风险感知结果负责； 2、深入了解业务形态，通过拓展跟踪和调查分析外部黑灰产渠道，摸清上下游产业链，及涉及平台的各类作弊形态和模式； 3、协同数据分析、模型算法、工程研发等各团队，共建感知策略，识别和深挖作弊问题，还原作弊链路，分析风险成因；持续探索AI和产品能力在风险渠道拓展、问题挖掘、成因分析等方面的提效应用落地； 4、和业务线建立定期深度沟通机制，聚焦业务目标，协调内外部相关资源，推动典型风险处置方案制定和落地，及相关业务产品、流程、机制优化，并实现相关业务价值。

1、本科及以上学历，具备基本的网络安全、风控相关知识； 2、2年以上风控运营工作经验，熟悉业务生态和黑灰产业链的运作模式及各类作弊手段； 3、数据分析能力强，思路开阔，能构建风险感知策略或提炼感知思路； 4、拥有强烈的责任心和优秀的跨团队合作能力，品行端正，沟通协调能力强； 5、对未知领域有好奇心和探索精神，有较强的自驱力和学习能力，具备接受挑战的意愿和追求的精神。

加分项 1、计算机、统计学、网络安全、情报学等相关专业优先； 2、有风控策略运营或产品运营工作经验优先； 3、有Agent搭建和AI应用经验者优先； 4、有黑灰产（如洗钱、诈骗、信息泄露等）情报挖掘和分析经验，独立搭建过情报体系、研判标准、情报库/案例库等； 5、深入研究过黑灰产作弊技术（如群控刷机、模拟点击、劫持、众包等），接触或了解溯源、渗透、逆向黑产渠道相关内容； 6、有涉黑灰产线下打击、外部情报合作的相关经历或资源，熟悉黑灰产私域渠道深度调研手法，拥有长期高价值信源。
