1、负责广告海量用户行为及业务数据的处理，在分布式计算平台基础上建设高效、稳定、实时的数据Pipeline； 2、负责广告业务的数据分析与指标体系建设，发现模式与规律，为实验解释、策略迭代、业务决策提供数据支持； 3、智能归因、需求理解等AI+数据方向的探索与落地，推动AI能力在数仓研发与数据消费场景中的实际应用； 4、Hadoop、Spark等大数据基础设施的优化，解决大规模生产环境下的可用性与性能问题。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，2年以上大数据相关工作经验； 2、扎实的编码能力，熟练掌握Python、Java、Scala中至少一种语言，有完整的项目落地经验； 3、深入理解Spark、Hive的原理与执行机制，有丰富的调优经验；熟悉源码或基于Spark做过二次开发者优先；对至少一项分布式计算、存储组件有生产环境使用经验，如Hadoop、Spark、Hive、Flink、Kafka等； 4、对数据敏感，掌握量化分析方法，善于从数据中发现问题、提出假设并用数据验证； 5、对AI相关技术有实际了解，如Agent编排、Skill/MCP开发，对LLM原理有基本认知；有AI for数仓经验者（AI coding、智能归因等）优先； 6、有开源项目贡献经历、或有大数据处理、用户行为分析深度经验者优先。
