1、负责网络专线、CDN节点、公网等网络基础资源端到端交付管理工作，及时识别和解决交付风险，主导协调确保网络资源按计划建设交付； 2、负责网络交付工作推动，干系人识别和内外部协同，供应商交付过程进度、质量管理，主导调测协同及验收推动，达成交付最终目标； 3、负责网络资源线上化应用及交付数据维护，以及支持交付SOP迭代、交付SLA优化以及建设规范制定等网络交付标准化建设； 4、负责CDN新建、扩容节点以及公网全过程交付管理，保质保量完成项目交付。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上网络交付工作经验，运营商、通信行业厂商、集成商网络交付类项目经验优先； 2、熟悉网络相关协议原理关联产品，如TCP/IP、BGP、OTN/DWDM/Dark fiber、CDN、电路等； 3、具备优秀的多项目控制、并行管理及组织协调能力，PMP、信息系统项目管理师等证书优先； 4、具有优秀的自驱力，较强执行力和责任心，良好的跨团队沟通交流能力和抗压能力； 5、具有良好的英语水平，能够作为工作语言使用优先。
