团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCS【Data Center/Cloud Service/System Service】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心全生命周期的运营管理，职责涵盖数据中心运维、服务器管理、资产管理、AI运维平台研发、系统服务、云服务等。致力于为抖音、豆包、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供高可用、高稳定、高性能、低成本的算力资源。

1、负责字节跳动全球百万级服务器的交付需求（如配置、数量、交付周期），与硬件厂商沟通到货计划，跟踪物流进度，确保设备按时到位； 2、协调上架服务商开展数据中心现场工作，包括机柜布线、服务器上架、硬件连接等，监督施工规范与安全，保障施工效率；参与服务器系统安装（如操作系统、驱动程序）全流程，及时排查安装过程中的技术问题，负责物理机故障诊断与处理，如硬件更换、兼容性调试等； 3、建立交付质量跟踪机制，记录交付各环节关键节点（如到货验收、施工验收、系统测试），确保交付成果符合业务需求与质量标准； 4、深入了解数据中心基础设施，重点掌握机柜供电系统（如冗余供电、功率分配），熟悉网络基础架构，能理解并配合双上联、堆叠、Bond模式等网络配置的落地； 5、基于供应商考核机制，协助收集厂商及上架服务商的服务数据（如交付时效、故障响应速度、施工质量），为供应商评估与优化提供支持。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、运维相关专业优先，3年以上服务器交付、硬件运维或数据中心相关工作经验，具备厂商对接或现场施工协调经验者优先； 2、掌握服务器基本原理与核心特征（如CPU、内存、存储、接口配置），能识别常见硬件型号与兼容性要求；了解数据中心机柜供电逻辑，熟悉网络基础架构（含双上联、堆叠、Bond技术），具备基础网络故障排查意识； 3、具备系统安装与基础排障能力，能协助处理Windows/Linux等操作系统安装过程中的常见问题； 4、熟悉供应商考核的基本逻辑与方法，能配合完成供应商服务数据的整理与反馈； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力与组织协调能力。
