团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCS【Data Center/Cloud Service/System Service】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心全生命周期的运营管理，职责涵盖数据中心运维、服务器管理、资产管理、AI运维平台研发、系统服务、云服务等。致力于为抖音、豆包、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供高可用、高稳定、高性能、低成本的算力资源。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动全球服务器容量规划、交付、运营、运维等相关平台开发； 2、负责在线大数据量高并发系统设计与研发； 3、负责服务化平台和通用中台架构设计与研发； 4、负责全球服务器相关运行数据数据分析、数据挖掘、故障预测等相关能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数学、人工智能相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、熟悉大模型应用场景和落地，包括但不限于单模态/多模态LLM训练，了解至少一种主流框架；了解OpenCV、PIL、NumPy张量操作；了解深度学习训练/推理基本流程，能够看懂、修改开源项目代码优先； 4、了解计算机视觉基础：图像分类、目标检测、语义/实例分割基本概念；有YOLO、SegGPT任一开源模型使用经验优先； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力。
