1、负责服务器运维管理，包括服务器固件管理体系、BMC管理体系建设，以及相关的服务器运维自动化、白屏化能力建设； 2、负责服务器自动化运维体系建设，包括运维命令、脚本、工具、固件升级的自动化能力建设； 3、负责BMC管理网自动化解决方案的制定与实施，与安全、网络工程一起构建安全可控的运维环境，为用户提供快速、高可用的BMC服务； 4、负责服务器运维硬件、软件日常运行维护，线上问题排查、故障处理及疑难问题诊断分析； 5、负责软件及工具开发、系统管理等工作，保障相关运维自动化服务的高效、稳定运行。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化等相关专业优先，3年以上服务器基础设施管理和架构设计经验； 2、精通主流服务器硬件架构（x86、ARM等）及其配套软件，能够独立完成服务器异常排查和优化； 3、具备出色的问题分析和解决能力，能独立处理复杂的系统及硬件故障，制定应急预案和长期解决方案； 4、熟练掌握Linux系统，擅长Linux系统下服务器硬件配置设置、故障排查；熟练掌握Shell脚本、Python或Golang语言； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力与组织协调能力。
