团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCS【Data Center/Cloud Service/System Service】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心全生命周期的运营管理，职责涵盖数据中心运维、服务器管理、资产管理、AI运维平台研发、系统服务、云服务等。致力于为抖音、豆包、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供高可用、高稳定、高性能、低成本的算力资源。

1、负责字节跳动百万级主机SSH登录体系的整体架构设计与建设，构建基于4A（认证Authentication、授权Authorization、账号Account、审计Audit）理念的主机访问控制与运营体系； 2、负责堡垒机及SSH权限相关平台的设计与研发，包括统一身份认证、细粒度权限管控、主机账号全生命周期管理、登录会话与操作行为审计等核心模块，在保障登录安全的同时提升运维效率； 3、负责SSH登录安全策略体系的制定与落地，推动安全基线、最小权限、零信任等安全理念在主机登录访问层面的实践，持续提升百万级主机登录访问的安全水位； 4、负责堡垒机与SSH登录体系的安全运营，包括登录风险发现、访问异常监控、应急响应处置、合规审计分析等，保障主机登录访问安全可控； 5、负责SSH登录与堡垒机领域关键技术难题攻坚，前瞻性调研业界安全技术趋势，探索AI/LLM在登录安全运营与异常检测场景的应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/信息安全相关专业优先，5年以上安全领域或主机安全架构设计工作经验； 2、具备堡垒机、SSH登录体系、4A（认证/授权/账号/审计）、零信任等安全系统的架构设计和落地经验； 3、具备从0到1高可用安全系统架构设计和落地经验，熟悉Linux系统原理、SSH协议、网络安全、密码学等基础知识，具备系统化的问题分析和解决能力； 4、掌握一门编程语言，包括但不限于Golang、C、C++、Python等，深刻理解计算机原理，具备良好的数据结构和算法基础； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
