团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCS【Data Center/Cloud Service/System Service】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心全生命周期的运营管理，职责涵盖数据中心运维、服务器管理、资产管理、AI运维平台研发、系统服务、云服务等。致力于为抖音、豆包、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供高可用、高稳定、高性能、低成本的算力资源。

1、负责字节跳动线上服务器硬件（整机/整机柜、固件、CPU、内存、GPU、NIC、SSD、PSU及生产制造）全生命周期线上质量管理； 2、接收汇总各类线上质量问题，完成整机、部件、生产制造维度分析，明确问题根因，制定整改措施、预防方案及落地计划，跟进整改落地，实现质量问题闭环管理，杜绝同类问题重复发生； 3、负责分析服务器硬件MFR、DOA等核心质量数据，定期输出质量周报、月报，通过数据复盘识别潜在风险，针对性制定质量提升专项方案，持续优化产品质量并降低质量成本； 4、负责分析不同场景的业务痛点，识别并配合业务开展服务器硬件质量共建活动，识别产品交付质量风险，规划开展质量专项活动，保障业务侧风险可控。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，5年以上服务器研发质量、生产质量、业务质量、运维等相关工作经验； 2、具备丰富的服务器开发、测试经验，具备较强的软硬件故障定分析能力，熟悉服务器研发流程，熟悉相应部件的失效原理与测试复现方法，具备批次故障分析、失效模式定位、供应商对接经验； 3、熟悉服务器硬件架构，涵盖X86/ARM架构、PCIe/NVMe协议，以及CPU、Disk、Memory、GPU、NPU、NIC、AOC等关键部件；熟悉BMC/IPMI协议、Redfish、Sensor、SEL日志、BMC OneKeyLog、GPU压测诊断，能够熟练运用相关技术进行硬件状态监测与故障排查； 4、熟练掌握Linux系统，擅长Linux系统下服务器硬件配置设置、故障排查；熟练掌握Shell脚本/Python/PHP/Perl/Lua等常用计算机语言之一； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
