日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Codebase 部门专注于代码领域的核心工作，包括字节跳动的代码托管、代码分析的基础架构搭建，以及相关前沿技术的深度探索。随着大语言模型（LLM）技术的迅速发展，我们积极布局，开展了一系列与 Code Agent 相关的技术研究和应用孵化工作。通过这些努力，我们致力于打造更加智能、高效、安全的新一代基础设施，为公司的技术发展和业务创新提供坚实支撑。

1、参与字节跳动智能编程产品的模型优化、评测以及线上问题分析，提升产品用户体验； 2、提升代码补全、生成、理解、问题修复各个关键任务的性能以及在产品上的表现； 3、调研新技术，并推动Agent、RAG、多模态等大模型相关技术应用于编码、开发流程、效率工具与质量保障； 4、将NLP技术与静态代码分析方法结合，解决代码生成、代码理解以及安全故障检测等问题。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础知识和编程能力，拥有良好的编程风格，熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于Java、C/C++、Python、Go等； 3、良好的机器学习基础，熟悉机器学习相关类库，至少了解一种深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等）； 4、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，以及良好的适应和学习能力，善于发现和定位问题； 5、有大规模搜索、推荐、LLM系统的算法研发经验加分。
