1、负责将字节跳动的研发基础设施、研发工具、研发最佳实践在公司内各业务线（飞书、抖音、今日头条等）应用和规模推广，帮助业务线解决质量和效率等问题，提升研发效能和用户满意度； 2、与业务关键人建立良好和紧密的合作关系，洞察业务痛点，确保解决方案和Dev Infra的工具在业务线可落地且创造价值，同时通过真实业务场景的洞见推动研发生命周期的工具和系统优化、升级； 3、不断沉淀可复用的业务落地优秀实践和方法论，并在公司内进行有效推广，基于度量洞察驱动持续改进，建立公司内部和外部的研效影响力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上编码和DevOps工程实践经验，2年以上解决方案相关工作经验，有在公司内或外部客户落地研发实践、研发工具经验； 2、具备MCP、生成式人工智能Agent等AI方面的项目经验，曾构建和部署由大语言模型（LLMs）或生成式模型驱动的系统，并了解模型行为如何影响产品体验； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维能力，有良好的多角色沟通协调能力，能够独立负责和推动项目落地； 4、关注AI/研发效能/DevOps/效能度量等相关领域的最新发展，不断对现有方案持续迭代，寻找满足业务快速发展需求的技术解决方案。
