1、AI产品全生命周期运营：参与从0到1的AI Coding类产品运营工作，基于用户研究与场景拆解制定运营策略；推动从规划期的需求洞察、价值主张验证，到上线后的增长拉新、激活留存、口碑传播等闭环； 2、增长与推广（数据+实验+自动化）：建立指标体系与增长漏斗，设计分群运营与触达策略；熟练使用或搭建AI辅助的运营自动化流程（如内容生产、用户运营、活动运营SOP、知识库/FAQ等），持续提升效率与转化； 3、用户体验与产品共建：通过定量数据与定性反馈快速定位体验问题，输出可执行的改进建议；与产品、研发、设计、算法与数据团队紧密协作，推动关键体验与增长能力落地； 4、技术影响力与内容体系建设：围绕研发基础设施/AI能力沉淀内容资产（最佳实践、案例、教程、发布解读、对比评测等），打造可复用的内容与分发机制，提升产品认知与团队技术品牌； 5、字节跳动技术社区与开发者生态运营：负责字节跳动内部技术社区的运营，策划并组织技术分享、黑客松及竞赛、训练营、共学等活动，提升公司AI技术实践水平和用户技术交流氛围。

1、对AI／Agent有强烈兴趣与好奇心，能快速学习新技术并将其转化为可落地的运营工作流；愿意持续探索和迭代个人“AI使用技巧”； 2、能够基于数据发现问题、提出假设，熟悉常见运营指标体系与运营方法论；能使用数据分析工具或AI完成分析；有搭建／使用智能体进行日常工作提效实践； 3、3年以上运营经验（产品运营／增长／社区／内容／活动等方向均可）；有开发者生态、技术产品、平台型产品或AI产品运营经验者加分；熟悉开发者社区运营机制（激励、贡献体系、内容／活动增长、知识沉淀）；具备基础的技术理解力； 4、具备高质量文案与内容策划能力，能够独立产出宣传材料、活动方案、教程／指南、对外对内传播稿等；有技术写作、公开分享、课程／训练营／竞赛运营经验； 5、沟通协同能力强，能高效推进产品、研发、数据／算法、设计等多方合作；具备负责人意识，结果导向，能在不确定性中拆解问题并推进。
