The posting

1、负责DevOps/SRE Agent（智能运维Agent）平台的研发，打造“7x24在线的运维搭档”——自主完成故障发现、调查、定位、修复与预防，覆盖测试验证、特性发布、配置变更、智能巡检、告警治理等研发运维全流程；参与Agent应用自身的可观测体系及效果评估与可靠性体系建设； 2、建设面向可观测的自主诊断能力：以“假设驱动（hypothesis-driven）”的方式跨Metrics、Logs、Traces、代码变更、部署记录与发布事件做关联推理，实现自动化根因分析（RCA），持续压降MTTR； 3、设计Agent Runtime基础循环与执行策略中心，构建分级自治（human-in-the-loop→半自动→全自动）能力，保证自动化执行安全、可控、可审计、可回溯； 4、建设面向AI的查询与排障助手：自然语言查询Copilot、智能报警检测与告警智能聚合降噪，把海量可观测数据转化为可直接行动的诊断结论与修复建议； 5、打通可观测工具、Runbook、代码仓库与CI/CD管线，通过MCP/工具编排让Agent具备跨系统调用与闭环修复能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上后端研发工作经验； 2、精通Go/Python/Java中至少一门，熟悉云原生与分布式系统； 3、有生产级LLM/Agent应用落地经验，深入理解Prompt工程、工具调用（Function Calling/MCP）、规划与执行、多轮推理等机制； 4、熟悉RAG、全文检索、向量检索、知识图谱、Memory等AI周边技术及相关系统（Elasticsearch、Milvus、Neo4j、LanceDB等）； 5、深刻理解研发/运维/排障全流程，具备复杂系统问题排查能力，能将技术转化为可落地的产品价值。

具备以下条件之一者优先 1、有AIOps、异常检测、根因分析（RCA）、时序算法相关实战经验； 2、有可观测/监控/运维平台研发背景，理解Metrics/Logs/Traces数据特性与故障排查范式； 3、有Agent框架、工具编排、Multi-Agent系统的设计或开源经验，了解AWS DevOps Agent、Azure SRE Agent、Google SRE Agent等同类产品的能力边界； 4、有自动化故障自愈、Runbook自动化、ChatOps/事件管理（Incident Management）系统建设经验； 5、对AI落地有判断力，能在新赛道上从0到1定义并推动问题解决。
