1、搭建UVM验证环境； 2、熟练掌握验证方法学，实现自动化和可复用性的验证环境； 3、负责制定验证计划并完成代码和功能覆盖率的收集，保证高质量的交付； 4、熟悉并执行性能验证，功耗感知仿真，RTL/FW协同仿真和GLS仿真； 5、协助设计人员调试设计缺陷，负责回归结果的分析； 6、负责改进和完善验证流程。

1、3年以上相关芯片验证经验； 2、深入理解UVM，System Verilog，Makefile，Perl，Python和C/C++的应用； 3、深入了解PCIe协议，以太网协议，RoCEv2/3，VirtIO，AXI4； 4、具有系统级网络和存储经验优先； 5、具有NVMe，虚拟化，SR-IOV/S-IOV，压缩算法经验优先； 6、具备自驱结果导向，里程碑驱动的工作方式以及良好的团队协作精神。
