1、负责设计并实现传感器数据预处理、噪声抑制、运动伪影去除、基线漂移校正、信号特征提取等数字信号处理模块；与嵌入式工程师紧密协作，将信号处理移植、优化并部署到资源受限的可穿戴设备端（MCU/DSP），兼顾精度、功耗与实时性；与EE工程师协作，参与传感器选型、硬件电路设计评审、模拟前端调试及信号质量评估，从信号源头保障数据质量； 2、负责PPG（光电容积脉搏波）及其他传感器（ECG、温度、气压等）的底层信号处理研发与工程化落地； 3、负责基于多传感器信号的上层数字信号处理（运动姿态识别、活动追踪、生理信号特征提取与模式识别等）的设计、落地、调优与量产验证，持续提升在真实复杂场景下的鲁棒性与精度； 4、建立传感器信号质量评估体系与测试规范，设计Benchmark和真实场景验证方案，确保在复杂环境下的稳定性和准确性； 5、跟踪行业前沿技术与学术进展，持续优化数字信号处理性能，推动产品体验迭代升级。

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、信号与信息处理、通信工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业，具备扎实的数字信号处理理论功底，3年以上信号处理工作经验，有量产产品从0到1的完整交付经历； 2、精通PPG、Touch、IMU等底层信号的数字处理，深入理解传感器工作原理、噪声特性、校准方法及运动伪影抑制技术，精通数字信号处理理论，熟练掌握FIR/IIR滤波、傅里叶变换、时频分析、小波变换、自适应滤波、统计信号处理、参数估计等，能针对传感器信号特性独立设计并优化完整的信号处理链路； 3、精通固件设计，具备扎实的C/C++编程能力，有ARM Cortex-M/RISC-V等嵌入式平台移植、定点化优化和内存/功耗优化经验，熟练使用MATLAB/Python等工具进行原型开发、仿真验证与数据分析，具备从原型到产品化的完整落地能力； 4、具备与嵌入式工程师、硬件工程师跨职能协作的实际项目经验，能够理解硬件约束并在固件设计中做出合理工程权衡，能看懂原理图和电路设计； 5、具备良好的问题分析能力和工程思维，能够在计算资源、功耗和精度之间取得最优平衡，工作积极主动，具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
