1、负责火山引擎ECS云服务器核心系统的架构设计、研发与稳定性建设，参与云服务器实例生命周期、镜像服务、Linux/Windows OS镜像链路等关键能力建设，夯实云服务器核心能力，并为AI计算等新场景提供基础设施支撑； 2、建设高性能、高可用、可扩展的ECS实例与镜像控制面系统，覆盖实例生命周期、资源编排、计量计费一致性、镜像跨地域分发、权限与安全合规等核心链路，保障云服务器在多地域、多租户场景下稳定交付； 3、建设火山引擎Linux/Windows OS镜像产品，持续优化云上Guest OS的初始化、兼容性验证、安全补丁、自动化发布和故障恢复能力，提升云服务器使用体验； 4、与调度、存储、网络、虚拟化、安全、计费、运维等团队协作，持续优化产品的安全性、稳定性、性能、功能和用户体验，推动ECS系统架构演进和关键技术难点攻关； 5、可根据个人经验与兴趣，在ECS实例与镜像控制面或Linux/Windows OS镜像中选择一个或多个方向深耕或横向拓展，深度使用AI工具提升研发、排障和迭代效率，与团队共同成长。

1、具备2年及以上云服务器后端研发、云平台、基础设施、操作系统、虚拟化、镜像平台或相关系统研发经验，能独立负责复杂模块的端到端设计与落地；有公有云、私有云、虚拟化平台、OS等相关经验者优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一门主力工程语言，并具备良好的工程化落地能力，能将技术方案转化为稳定、可扩展、可维护的生产级系统：控制面方向以Go、Python为主；Linux/Windows OS镜像方向可接受C++/Rust/Python/Shell/PowerShell等；熟练使用AI工具提升开发效率、问题排查和产品迭代者优先； 3、熟悉分布式系统与云产品控制面常见模式，理解并有实践经验：幂等、限流、降级、状态机、异步任务、失败补偿与状态修复、监控告警；有线上系统稳定性治理经验者优先； 4、对Linux或Windows操作系统有较扎实的理解，掌握系统启动、网络、存储、日志、权限等基础机制，能够与内核/虚拟化等数据面同学有效协作；熟悉云上初始化、虚拟化Guest适配、镜像构建，或了解镜像生命周期、灰度发布、CVE响应等镜像体系能力者优先； 5、在ECS实例与镜像控制面或Linux/Windows OS镜像中，任一方向有扎实的落地经验即可，其他方向具备基本理解，不要求同时精通；具备较强的问题定位和学习能力，能够在复杂系统中分析问题、推动闭环。
