1、风险框架建设与RCSA：主导和牵头国际支付各区域和主体的风险与评估的框架和流程，包括风险的分类和等级等，可以主动和引导各团队识别固有风险、评估剩余风险、评判控制设计与有效性，沉淀可审计的风险登记册； 2、风险指标监控：定义并监控关键风险指标，协助业务部门识别关键风险点和依赖判断，并基于风险委员会的例会和管理机制等，设计有效的控制措施并跟进落地； 3、建立并运营问题管理和补救机制：对审计发现、监管发现、内部自查问题进行分级、跟踪、验证关闭，推动风险优先级下的资源投入； 4、新产品/市场/重大变更风险评估：深度参与新业务&产品以及新市场的规划和上线流程，或其他重大变更的风险评估，在设计阶段初期可以介入；建立必要的新产品、新市场、重大变更的风险评估与审批流程，可以覆盖收单链路、支付链路、钱包资金流、借贷/BNPL授信与贷后等关键环节； 5、风险治理与报告：渠道，资金，主体运营等风险事件的收集、定级、复盘，根因分析（RCA）与经验沉淀；对重大事件按监管/管理层要求完成报告与整改，并向国际支付风险委员会汇报； 6、推动运营韧性与业务连续性能力建设：覆盖关键业务服务（收单、付款、放款、清结算、客服与争议处理等）及其依赖系统/第三方；定义出风险事件与运营韧性的目标；多辖区监管与合规联动：支持多辖区的监管要求落地与检查准备，将监管要求转化为可执行的流程与控制。

1、经验：5年以上在金融科技、支付机构或银行从事企业风险、全面风险管理、内控或风险咨询（四大）的工作经验；尤其专注于支付、收单、数字钱包或消费金融领域的全面风险管理、风险治理或内控合规岗位为佳； 2、专业知识：深入理解风险管理三道防线模型，对三道防线模型、RCSA、KRI、问题管理、运营韧性等有扎实的实践经验；同时具备项目管理与变革管理能力，领导跨部门复杂项目或项目集群的经验，精通敏捷和互联网项目管理方法论，能够制定清晰的项目计划、管理干系人、驱动决策并交付可衡量的成果； 3、沟通力：英文流利，能作为工作语言撰写专业报告并进行沟通；较强的跨部门沟通与影响力，敢于并在意如何向业务部门提出“挑战”，同时具备优秀的文档撰写与汇报能力（中英文）； 4、数据分析能力：具备优秀的数据分析能力，能熟练运用SQL、Python或Tableau/PowerBI工具进行风险数据分析者优先。

加分项 1、有在多国家/地区运营的跨境支付或互联网金融公司工作经验者优先，熟悉国际主要国家地区（如东南亚、欧洲、美国和拉美等）在支付、反洗钱、数据隐私、金融等方面的关键监管框架； 2、熟悉主流GRC系统（如AuditBoard、Archer、MetricStream），持有FRM、CIA等专业资格认证； 3、有从0到1搭建风险框架的创业公司经验。
