团队介绍：芯片平台是一个覆盖从逻辑综合到芯片投片、封装设计与仿真、回片测试、量产全流程的统一化芯片设计平台，提供支持多工艺、多项目的自动化设计流程及设计服务。平台整体划分为硅前、硅后、基础资源管理、IP 定制四大业务板块。 通过硅前 - 硅后全流程覆盖、IP 自主定制、基础资源统一管理的架构，芯片平台实现了从 RTL 到量产的端到端设计能力，支持多晶圆厂、多工艺节点，持续通过自动化提效与质量保障，为公司业务提供坚实的支撑。

1、端到端负责字节跳动自研芯片的硅后EVB板级验证和芯片产品化量产导入支撑工作，对芯片的硅后验证质量负责； 2、负责SOC各电源域的硅后功耗与电源完整性（PI）验证，包括不限于各电源域在多种PVT条件下的Leakage、Idle、TDP、Max Power、di/dt等典型场景的功耗、Vmin、Fmax、IR Drop、AC Noise、Power Feature的验证和仿测一致性验证； 3、负责SOC各电源域的硅后Power Modeling、Power/Speed Profilling工作，与相关团队协作完成芯片Bounding Box Definition，并负责Bounding Box Validation交付； 4、与相关团队和合作伙伴高效协作，完成验证策略/方案/计划制定、用例设计、验证执行、问题定位与攻关、结果分析和评估报告等。

1、了解数据中心SOC的基本架构与研发/生产流程；了解ISA/uArch、核、Cache一致性、AI加速器、总线、存储与IO子系统、网络子系统、BMC与典型外设、RAS、DFX、先进封装、SI/PI/Thermal等数据中心SOC基本概念与典型验证方法； 2、熟悉示波器及探头的选型与配置（带宽、采样率、探头类型等），能够根据不同电源域的测量需求制定合理的测试方案，并具备测试数据分析与问题定位能力； 3、扎实的电源完整性理论基础，熟悉从板上到片上VR、LDO、PDN、IR Drop、电源噪声、Vmin等概念的基本原理，了解PI仿真的基本原理，掌握仿测一致性、ATE/EVB一致性（correlation）的原理以及准确测量大功率数据中心SOC PI指标的方法，掌握抑制/调优各类PI非理想指标的方法； 4、扎实的功耗管理、硅后功耗/性能建模（Profilling）与调优（PPO）能力，了解数据中心SOC（CPU/GPU/AI加速器等）的典型应用场景与数据流，了解常见高功率模块（PE/SRAM/SerDes/HBM等）的基本功能、DFX手段和典型功耗激励的构建，掌握AVS、DFVS等常见功耗管理与控制模式的原理、应用与调优； 5、有业界前沿技术的硅后PI/PPO经验者优先，包括不限于：先进工艺（7nm和under）、先进封装（2.5D/3D chiplet、SOW等）、先进存储（3D Memory、Compute in Memory等）； 6、良好的质量意识、工程思想、流程意识、沟通表达与协作能力、管理与推动能力、逻辑与系统性思维、创新与探索精神、自驱力和学习能力。
