1、根据业务策略筛选并对接目标商家，介绍FBT产品能力、操作流程与使用价值，协助商家完成入驻与基础配置； 2、参与商家日常运营支持，包括日常问询响应、基础数据跟进、库存与补货沟通、入仓协助，以及账单与履约相关问题处理； 3、收集并整理商家反馈与运营问题，及时同步相关团队，协助推进问题解决与流程优化； 4、在既定规则与指导下，协助提升商家对FBT的理解与使用，维护稳定合作关系； 5、配合团队完成项目及专项任务，推动执行按计划推进。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、信息系统、数据与统计、商科等相关专业优先； 2、对电商商家服务与跨境履约相关工作感兴趣，了解跨境电商履约流程与基础物流概念，有电商平台、物流平台相关实习或项目经验者优先； 3、了解电商物流相关基础知识，包括仓储、入仓流程、配送、退货、账单与客服等环节； 4、中英文沟通顺畅，能够进行日常业务沟通与基础文档输出； 5、执行力与学习能力较强，责任意识与团队协作意识较强，能够在指导下推进工作。
