1、【我们的优势】飞书致力于将AI技术（如大语言模型、智能助手等）转化为企业日常使用的生产力工具；作为一名前沿部署工程师（FDE），你将成为飞书AI产品与各行各业真实业务需求之间的关键桥梁；你的核心任务是：走到企业客户的真实工作场景中去，深入了解他们的业务难题，并亲自动手使用飞书的AI工具，为他们搭建出切实可行的、能解决问题的智能工作流方案； 2、业务调研与痛点分析：配合资深的商务或渠道经理，参与企业客户（涵盖制造、零售、电商、餐饮等行业）的实地调研；通过沟通，准确理解客户在日常办公、业务运转中遇到的低效环节和痛点，能够发现AI落地实践可能性； 3、AI方案的动手搭建：基于对客户业务的理解，熟练运用飞书现有的AI产品能力（如AI智能助手、自动化工作流、多维表格等无代码/低代码工具），亲自动手配置和搭建出能够直接演示、甚至直接投入使用的解决方案模型（Demo）； 4、经验总结与资产沉淀：当你成功用AI解决了一个行业的痛点后，你需要将这个过程总结为一套“标准化的使用指南（SOP）”和“演示模板”；这套模板将被提供给全国的销售团队或合作伙伴，帮助他们去服务更多同行业的客户； 5、生态伙伴的赋能培训：随着你经验的积累，你将负责把搭建AI方案的技巧和经验，以培训或技术支持的形式传递给飞书的代理商和生态合作伙伴，帮助他们提升服务客户的能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，但我们非常欢迎具有“计算机/信息技术类”与“商科/管理类”复合背景的同学（如信息管理与信息系统、商业分析等）； 2、动手意愿与技术敏感度：无需具备专业程序员资质，但需对AI、大模型等新技术充满热情，并乐于钻研和实际操作各种软件工具（熟悉基本的逻辑判断、数据结构或有无代码开发经验者优先）； 3、优秀的逻辑分析与沟通能力：能够将复杂的业务问题拆解为清晰的逻辑步骤；同时，具备良好的表达能力，能够把专业的技术方案用通俗易懂的语言向客户或非技术人员解释清楚； 4、强烈的探索精神与韧性：面对未知和没有现成答案的新场景，能够保持好奇心，主动寻找解决方案，并享受在不断实践中获得成功的成就感。
