1、客户场景洞察：深入理解客户的研发流程、组织协同方式与真实痛点，将模糊、分散的反馈转化为清晰的问题定义、核心研发场景和优先级； 2、端到端工程交付：推动CodeM从原型验证走向生产级落地，对接客户现有的代码库、CI/CD、API和数据系统，并在满足安全合规要求的前提下完成Agent沙箱部署，使CodeM融入客户日常研发流程； 3、解决方案与工程优化：结合客户的技术栈和研发特点设计CodeM与Agent的整体方案，持续优化Prompt、上下文工程、Skills、Agent和Harness等实践，提升复杂研发任务的执行效果； 4、方案沉淀与产品反馈：识别可复用的应用模式和技术问题，沉淀标准化场景方案与Harness模板，并将客户侧共性需求转化为产品建议，推动CodeM持续演进； 5、跨团队协作与长期运营：与客户工程、IT、安全等团队及内部产品、研发团队紧密协作，保障项目顺利上线、稳定运行和持续使用，实现长期客户价值。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先；具备3年及以上软件研发经验； 2、具备扎实的软件工程能力，理解软件研发全生命周期、代码仓库、CI/CD、API集成及常见研发基础设施，能够独立完成原型开发与工程交付； 3、具备实际的AI Coding使用经验，理解Prompt、上下文工程、知识库、Agent、Skills和Harness等能力及适用边界，能够将其用于解决真实研发问题； 4、具备面向客户的业务理解、需求分析、方案设计和技术交付经验，能够从客户目标出发判断场景价值与落地可行性； 5、具备优秀的沟通表达、需求澄清、项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能够在复杂、模糊和不确定的环境中推动问题闭环。
