1、Agent项目技术负责人：作为Agent类项目的技术第一责任人，主导从需求调研、架构设计、提示词工程、Skills编写到上线运营的全生命周期，对客户业务结果指标负责； 2、Agent架构设计：基于火山引擎底座三件套（互动助手/知识引擎/分析Agent）为客户场景设计端到端Agent架构，包含多Agent编排、工具调用、知识切片、RAG链路、Eval框架；具备在底座能力不足时的架构取舍与替代方案设计能力； 3、客户业务深度介入：与客户业务方共同梳理业务流程，设计Agent介入点，识别“AI可介入vs人工兜底”的边界；对客户业务流程的理解深度足以独立支撑技术决策； 4、现场技术决策：在产品持续迭代+客户需求多变的真实场景下，独立完成技术架构决策、问题排查与方案调整，不依赖总部逐层审批； 5、跨客户与跨角色协同：识别跨客户共性场景，抽象为可复用的功能设计/代码沉淀/Skills/提示词模板/Agent模板/Eval集，每个项目至少留下1个跨客户可复用资产；作为产品研发的“现场代理”，将客户现场发现的底座能力差距结构化反馈给产品研发团队，参与底座产品迭代优先级讨论；在Agent交付链路上与PM/BA/ETL/产品研发/CSM形成T字型协作，明确技术决策权归属与handoff标准。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、工程、数学等相关专业或同等实践经验； 2、5年以上面向客户的技术架构和交付经验，熟练掌握Vibe coding，能独立完成原型开发、客户沟通和生产级交付； 3、软件工程能力：Python熟练（能写生产级代码，非仅分析脚本），熟悉API开发、基础前端（能独立出Demo），了解容器化部署与CI/CD流程； 4、数据工程能力：精通SQL，具备数据治理、数据建模、ETL实操经验，理解数据质量对AI应用效果的关键影响； 5、AI Ready数据设计能力：能设计“可被Agent消费”的数据层——语义清晰的元数据、上下文友好的数据结构、适配RAG的知识组织方式；有语义层/Ontology建模经验者加分。
