1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对用户体验有极致追求，大胆创新，结果导向，有视频/社区产品实习经历优先； 3、具备国际化视野，熟悉多地区用户交互偏好，掌握英语或小语种优先； 4、逻辑清晰、数据敏感，能用数据驱动决策。
