1、参与字节跳动豆包等产品的智能化测试工作，将传统的测试技术与全球前沿的LLM/Agent技术深度融合，构建创新的智能化质量保障方案； 2、深度参与产品的完整交付流程，从需求分析到最终上线，全面理解并保障AI产品的质量； 3、调研业界最新的LLM、Agent相关技术，并探索其在测试开发工作中的创新应用，追求技术的极致与突破； 4、快速学习并验证前沿AI技术，将其高效应用于日常工作，构建稳定、高效的质量保障服务。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机/软件工程/人工智能相关专业优先； 2、对AIGC技术有一定的理解和实践经验的优先，如AI Agent、机器学习、自然语言处理等； 3、扎实的编程基础，熟练使用Python/Go/Java其中一种语言，可进行相关开发； 4、具备创新意识、快速学习和协同落地能力、积极主动、自我驱动力强； 5、有AI相关应用测试开发和评测经验者优先。
