1、负责服务端系统的技术方案设计、开发与系统维护工作； 2、负责高质量的设计和编码，承担重点、难点的技术问题攻坚； 3、负责在线大流量高并发系统设计和性能调优； 4、参与产品方案的调研与讨论。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、学习能力强，有独立解决问题的能力； 3、熟悉面向对象编程，掌握Java/C++/Python/Go中的至少一门语言，Go背景优先； 4、有良好的沟通能力和业务理解能力； 5、对技术有好奇心，持续关注熟悉前沿技术； 6、每周保证至少4天的实习时间，可实习4个月以上。
