1、创作者挖掘与引入：根据业务目标筛选欧洲创作者资料并建立联系，同时协助开展创作者教育，并向本地创作者分享灵感与创作方向； 2、社区运营：与本地创作者保持日常沟通，了解其在模板创作中的痛点，总结共性问题并推动解决方案落地； 3、活动创意共创：围绕节日节点和新产品功能，策划模板创意方向，并将其作为灵感分享给创作者，跟进后续创作进度； 4、趋势追踪：每日收集全球及区域热门趋势，协助团队产出更符合欧盟市场本地化需求的内容。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备英语能力，并熟练使用德语或法语，以便与欧盟/德国/法国市场的相关方及外部客户进行高效沟通； 3、具备扎实的视频剪辑能力（可使用PC或移动端平台进行剪辑）； 4、深度熟悉主流社交媒体平台（TikTok、Instagram或YouTube），并对欧洲/德国/法国的互联网文化有较强理解； 5、对内容趋势高度敏感，能够快速捕捉社交媒体热点，有社交媒体账号运营经验者优先。
